Maddie is a Nashville native pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University. She is our first intern joining the Barefoot Republic Counseling team.

 

Maddie is specializing in Play Therapy and hopes to work with children, teens and anyone with Intellectual and Development Disabilities in her career as a counselor.

 

Maddie is passionate about empowering and supporting others. She loves the outdoors, running in Percy Warner Park and her golden retriever, Gus!

Maddie is under direct supervision with Julie Mangus, LPC-MHSP #3606 an Approved Supervisor in the state of TN and Lipscomb University Clinical Mental Health Counseling faculty who are licensed mental health providers in Tennessee.
